IDNPlace

Most of the attention for the New gtlds seems to be going to .brand or .keyword in ascii. Well what about new gtlds for IDNs. I mean .moscow & .koln (koeln) are listed as having applied for or in the process of applying for new gtlds, one would assume they would also apply for .Москва (Moscow in Cyrillic) and .Köln as well.

A couple of other keywords I thought would make great gtlds are .عربي or [.arab] and .エロ [.erotic], it will be very interesting to see what emerges and what right of the dot holds for IDNs…

You are welcome to share your thoughts as well in a few short months we will have a clearer picture but rest assured .com will remain king.
